JOE TRAVERS

Joe Travers is one of Irelands most talented solo performers and lives in Carlow.

With over 18 years’ experience abroad and at home with his band Studio5 and he now focuses more on his one man show entertaining people from all over Ireland.

EOIN COOGAN

Eoin Coogan is best described as a composer and orchestrator of vision into sound. Eoin has captivated audiences in his home country Ireland and further afield. His early influences include a spectrum of iconic rock & roll groups giving Eoin’s music a sonic feel that leaves little room for comparison.

DANNY SIXX

Danny Sixx is a singer songwriter / entertainer who performs all over County Carlow and further afield. People would have seen Danny perform at many venues in the county and has taken part in many of festivals over the past few years.

DALE BOLGER

Dale Bolger from Carlow has been playing gigs music all over Ireland for the past seven years at several local music festivals and supporting Irish artists such as Mick Flannery. A singer songwriter whose music is described by RTE as emotional pop with a little edge.

JAMES KNIGHT

James Knight is a singer songwriter from Carlow who's lack of formal training allows him to play hard and fast with the rules and create music which is truly unique. You'll not find those same old four chords here! James has just returned from playing in the Czech Republic.

JAKE DOYLE

Jake Doyle is a well-known entertainer from Carlow and is singer songwriter and solo performer. He honed his skill busking on the streets of his hometown. He’s also the lead vocalist with the band “For Adio” and plays electric guitar. The band are making great inroads in the music industry and are currently focusing on writing and recording original music.

This veritable trove of guitar-based pop music is created and lovingly crafted by a group of musicians who have collaborated with Azure Days, Sack, Candy Apple Red and 79Cortinaz amongst others.

“We write songs continuously, creating our own videos and just basically doing our own thing "says the band.

"The beauty of this set up is that it is entirely self-contained, giving us complete control over all of the input and subsequent output.” Gala, Dave, Eamonn and Cormac - Fans of Adventure - have a new EP in the works and will be drip feeding songs and videos on social media.

Monroe

Monroe is an established professional hard-working band covering the best of funk, modern pop, and classic rock material. Monroe is going into their 9th year as this band and collectively have decades of experience. Carlow based band but travel all over Leinster and Munster playing in some of the very best music venues. After a long spell with no gigs, Monroe is delighted to playing as part of the Live and Local festival in their hometown.

The Wicked Chickens

The Wicked Chickens all hail from Carlow and are top class musicians who define their music as Poultry with Motion "Country n Blues". The Chickens band leader Johnny Gleeson is the most renowned country and blues picker in Ireland. Along with band members, Niall Kelly (Bass) Trevor Whelan (Drums) and Dermot Siney (Guitar) expect a brilliant show by musicians who are simply at the top of their profession.
